We had a fantastic Christmas stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just steps away from the slopes and in close proximity to the town center. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast offered a great variety of food, including the best scrambled eggs we've ever had.
The hotel itself was a bit rundown and could use some renovations. While the staff were helpful, the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas left much to be desired.

I had a cracking holiday at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. They even arranged to return my son's lost glasses to the UK at no cost. The location of the hotel is superb, very close to the ski area and only a short walk to the locker room. The hotel has a warm and friendly atmosphere, with a great lounge and bar where you can relax in the evening. The rooms were cozy and the maid service was provided daily. the hotel provides great value for money and is in a convenient location for skiing.
All was great, no improvements needed.

Fabulous location, next to slopes, great staff. Engaging staff, ski-in ski-out convenience. Close to "old town" Alpe d'Huez. Quiet cul de sac location, peaceful.
Nothing, all was good.

The hotel was in a really good location, very close to the ski area. One of the best aspects was that the staff was very friendly and accommodating, they really went out of their way to help us. the food served at the hotel was really great, and it was nice to see a vegetarian option on offer.
The room could have been a little bit cleaner, with a few more amenities. We also had some issues with the heating, as it was not working properly.

The hotel's location was perfect, allowing for easy access to the ski slopes and breathtaking scenery. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious and plentiful, with a variety of choices that kept us satisfied throughout our stay.
The hotel decor was outdated and in need of renovation, with old and uncomfortable beds. The rooms were often cold, and the heating system didn't always work as well as we would have liked.

Can't find better value for money in the area, especially with its excellent location right at the bottom of the slopes by the signal lift. The staff are very friendly and provide great service. The basic amenities in the rooms are comfortable, and having a television is a bonus for those snowy days. The breakfast is of good quality with a hot and cold buffet, and the dinner options offer a variety of choices.
Furnishings in the rooms could do with an update.
